Shipping
Most products are able to be shipped out within 1-2 weeks from the purchase date. Recyled materials are used for shipping packaging as often as possible. All orders over $100 will be shipped with insurance.

Returns/Refunds
As of now, wizard DNA is a one person operation without a physical store. This means it is not possible to offer refunds or returns on any of the products.

Repairs
Repairs are sometimes necessary, and all Wizard DNA creations come with a lifetime guarantee. If this is the case don't hesitate to get in touch with me and we will figure out the appropriate procedure for fixing your goods!
